Fukuoka Prefectural Government - Yame Tea Export Promotion Campaign 2024 #2 (B2C) Planning and Operation

[For General Consumers & Retailers]

In an effort to further expand the export of Yame Tea, a promotional campaign targeting retailers and general consumers was carried out in collaboration with U.S. importers. Educational programs, including seminars on Yame Tea, were created, and during the promotional period from February 6 to March 12, 2025, 10,000 online outreach messages were sent to retail customers. Additionally, a total of 300 consumers participated in the seminars.

At Blue Hill Cafe, Yame Matcha was adopted as the cafe's exclusive green tea, and Yame Tea blend has also been introduced as a product on the cafe’s menu. Through close collaboration with relevant parties and expert discussions, a carefully planned promotional strategy allowed many individuals to experience the value and appeal of Yame Tea, while also driving the acquisition of new customers for retail outlets.
